@renelolz @101Tino0 Mammalian dive reflex. Yea it’s a funny name but it basically slows down your heart rate bc the body is trying to preserve oxygen for your most vital organs. I personally don’t see the benefit prior to exercise (especially if it’s intense). I’ve seen it used post training tho
