Initially, the police reported they were unable to locate the individual for arrest. Subsequently, they instructed him to return the money, but he refused, expressing frustration and stating it would have been preferable if the funds had been stolen outright.
Now, he is being asked to return the remaining balance, yet they remain defiant, reportedly saying: “Please take me to court — I will not return it.”
Now he is in court but he is still refusing to return the money.

No one should feel sorry for this pathetic simp Athini Bashe, for whatever he's going through because of Ntando
Time and time again, men are warned, don't be saving women, because they're ungrateful. Women are only loyal to their feelings
This simp here, met Ntando working in a club, for some reason decided to date a chick who works in a club
Started paying her bills, took her to school to study law. She recently graduated, she can now practice law
Then according to blogs, he finds out she is 4 months pregnant, did a DNA test, finds out the baby isn't his. That's why he called off the engagement, now he is doing all kinds of drama, the heartbreak is too much
Lessons:
1. A girl who works in a club sells, smash and pass nothing more
2. Don't educate a woman, you're not her father
3. Don't publicize your relationship, you're advertising your woman to better men
4. Even when heartbroken, don't show it, doing so confirms to the woman she made the right decision
