On Tuesday, the Department of Home Affairs announced that they planned to withdraw her ID papers and revoke travel rights until the matter is resolved.

Initially, the police reported they were unable to locate the individual for arrest. Subsequently, they instructed him to return the money, but he refused, expressing frustration and stating it would have been preferable if the funds had been stolen outright.
Now, he is being asked to return the remaining balance, yet they remain defiant, reportedly saying: “Please take me to court — I will not return it.”
Now he is in court but he is still refusing to return the money.
