Why a wall and not an alert:
An alert tells you about the damage. A limit stops it.
Account wide limits do not know which agent went rogue. One bad loop eats the whole team's budget and everything else goes down with it.
Fuse gives each agent its own limit. The cost of each request is checked before it's sent.
If Fuse can't check, it blocks the request instead of letting it through.
The worst case goes from "$800 overnight" to "one agent stopped at $25".
The most ironic part is watching Cursor get destroyed in real time.
They took away the third-party models, way less quotas and they told us 'use Grok 4.7'
@mikeydsoftware Also there are some complex stuff that even Opus 5.5 nor Fable can deal with them.
I have some code issues for like months now, going back and fourth with these top AI models and still haven't manage to knock it.
