@zomatocare very disappointed not to find complaints section on the app (if it’s there it should be prominent). I was part delivered a wrong order. Will not be going again to Zomato in a hurry. 😡
@HDFCBank_Cares the scheduled maintenance is from 8 to 8.30 pm on 2nd Aug; then why are the bank services down now? I have no communication to that effect. Not very happy

@DTDCIndia one of the worst, sorry the worst courier service I have experienced. Inaccessible customer service phone lines. Non-responsive local delivery centre. Chatbox with limited and hence not useful options. Get your act together please. Premier agency! Haha
@tvsmotorcompany Apparently sleek online booking system for service is not honoured by dealer proclaiming that the online booking has nothing to do with them. Waste of my day. This is not the first instance TVS has refused to honour its commitment. Please get your act together😡
BoBCard messaged me saying their app was updated. At each attempt was left with the above frozen picture. The level of ineptitude of this so called world class banking giant perplexes me. What’s going wrong? Too many in plush offices I guess.

@LGIndia called customer support yesterday; promised to dispatch a technician within 24 hrs. No sign of him. Called the outsourced contractor’s office. No ownership of task, instead was asked to telephone hunt him. Own lots of LG products. Disappointed to say the least, extremely

Nearly 2 wks in trying to open new account. After several visits to branch and much frustration, manager finally opts to open one manually. Still no joy. Where’s the troubleshooting when things go awry? Returned without hope as even the branch premises r uncontactable over phone.

@MGMotorIn Waiting nearly a month now for my so called ‘refundable’ deposit which was promised in 2 weeks. Realised that booking is ludicrously easy in sharp contrast to getting deposit back. How long MG?
