PURPORTED INEC PUBLIC NOTICE ON APC CANDIDATES FOR LAGOS STATE FEDERAL HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES ELECTIONS
The attention of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has been drawn to a document circulating on social media purporting to be an official INEC Public Notice containing the names of candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Federal House of Representatives elections in Lagos State for the 2027 General Election.
The Commission wishes to categorically state that the document is FAKE, misleading and did not emanate from INEC.
For the avoidance of doubt:
✓ The Commission has not authorised or published any such notice.
✓ The purported publication does not originate from any official INEC platform or process.
✓ The signature appearing on the document does not belong to the Secretary to the Commission and is therefore fraudulent.
Members of the public, political parties, stakeholders and the media are advised to disregard the document in its entirety and rely only on information published through INEC's official communication channels.
The Commission remains committed to providing timely, accurate and credible information on all electoral activities.
@talk2veee@obiiiwill Life imprisonment is good for many of them. They are too heartless and wicked. Evil women especially our Igbo women. They maltreat children that are not theirs. Many of them deserves life imprisonment
@EleluAyoola E no go ever better for you and your generation. What ever you all did will surely catch up on you in future. You cannot cheat nature and go scott free
Fatherhood is more than providing — it’s teaching values, showing up daily, and building homes where dreams can grow. I thank God for the gift of my own father, and for the privilege of being called “Daddy” by my children.
To all the fathers across the world: thank you for your sacrifice, your discipline, and your love. Our Society grows stronger because you choose to lead your homes with courage and integrity.
Enjoy your day. Rest well. You deserve it.
Happy Fathers’ Day!
May Anambra continue to win!
“How can you give me a ballot paper that has been thumbprinted already?”
- HIS BALLOT WAS ALREADY VOTED FOR HIM. A voter in Ekiti State received a ballot paper that was already thumb printed before he even entered the booth.
Only Sultan of sokoto own over 40 oil well in South South. How many people of Niger Delta own oil well? All are owned by northerners and Yorubas. They turned us to house boys and slaves.
Obi of Onitsha did a very disgraceful act yesterday by celebrating his 80th birthday in Lagos State, Yoruba land. It's a big slap to the face for Ndigbo.
Davido gifted a fan ₦15 million with just a single sentence on X.
But for Peter Obi to donate ₦10 million, there must be lengthy write-ups, photographers on standby, bloggers alerted, influencers mobilized, and media houses fully briefed.
The contrast is obvious; one gives and moves on, while the other turns every donation into a carefully managed publicity campaign aimed at generating political sympathy, applause and public admiration.
True generosity speaks for itself; it does not always require cameras, headlines and coordinated publicity to prove its worth.

Tinubu own TVC. All they do is invite their own to speak on the media. Nigeria can never ever get any better. APC have destroyed the country. What is left is Anarchy and Revolution
On AriseTV this afternoon, I shared my assessment of the ongoing Ekiti polls. So far, the electoral process has been largely peaceful, free, and fair, reflecting the commitment of voters, electoral officials, and other stakeholders to strengthening our democracy. While the conduct of the exercise has been encouraging, there remains room for improvement as we continue to refine and strengthen the efficiency, credibility, and overall integrity of our electoral process in Nigeria.
