@VerizonSupport way to mess up the shine drop today. I was in the app, logged in, clicked RIGHT at 3pm for the Sunday ticket offer, it kept freezing, I hit claim now 3x as it kept spinning over and over and then I get THIS screen which is insane as I’m connected to my WiFi. WTF
