@OhThatMomGlow 12.5 months. I’ve started getting a lot of “He’s still nursing?” Comments already. I figured we’d go at least until 18 months-2years and that notion has been getting a lot of the eyebrow. I’m mostly surrounded by nonmoms and moms who had their babies a loooong time ago.
How do you know when it is time to stop breastfeeding?
Because this kid will still be on the boob in college if I leave it up to him.
How did you decide it was time?
How old was your kiddo?

One boob/nipple might just hurt all the time. This will be the one your baby will choose to torment (pinching, nipple pulling, kicking, etc).
My left boob has had a hard year.

Nursing a baby with a cold is heartbreaking and gross.
Your poor little sniffler will be fussy and frustrated and your poor boob will be slimered again and again.
The babe figured out how to use the boob like a super soaker. I need to stop half dozing off during those way too full morning feeds. Maybe washing the sheets and bathing the dog will drive the lesson home.

Your period is in limbo. Will it happen tomorrow? In 10 weeks? In 8 months???
Is your uterus broken?
Are you pregnant again?
You’ll be totally caught off guard and unprepared.
Surprise!! 🦈💉😭🤬😍🍫🌮🛌
Model and mom Mara Martin breastfed her five-month-old daughter while on the runway at the Sports Illustrated swimsuit show on Sunday night. https://t.co/hfb2fsAH9v
After an evening of complaining about the dog smelling terrible and how he needs a bath asap, I realized that it was really my nursing bra. I’ve been having leaking issues & apparently my bra was filled with spoiled milk.
Cranky babe, endless laundry, 100° heat. FML.
