"On the morning of 25 July 2025, a large-scale cat trafficking site was discovered in Jingjiang City, Jiangsu Province, China. A large red truck was carrying 600 to 700 cats, which were being illegally traded. The cats squeezed in the narrow iron cages were suffering greatly under the scorching heat... They were dying... After the report, the local law enforcement situation was very unsatisfactory! But the good news is: through the efforts of the general public and volunteers, as well as continuous complaints to the "Citizen Hotline", currently, all these cats going to take over by a local rescue base called 糗糗庄园"
