Its involved in periods) and lower T levels. Are they going to experience uterine cramps and bleeding? No. But those dont make periods

That's often why you'll feel it elsewhere in your body. Remember, your body has a lot of muscle and muscles cramp, causing period pain 1/2

@jemimajones68 @No7Sammy And largely, all looks are superficial. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. One's appearance largely does not matter and is not inherently determined by sex (women can grow facial hair, have masculine attributes, and can be mistaken for men).
