$ONDS has been moving at an incredible speed over the past year.

The company made just four acquisitions between 2021 and 2023. Since the third quarter of 2025, it has announced/completed another fourteen deals, with the Cyberhawk acquisition still pending.

These acquisitions have completely changed the business. Ondas now owns businesses across aerial drones, ground robotics, counter drone systems, precision optics, defense software and near space technology through World View’s stratospheric balloons.

AI runs through almost every part of the portfolio. It is used for autonomous navigation, computer vision, surveillance, target detection and helping different systems communicate with each other.

The Mistral acquisition also gave Ondas a stronger route into US defense contracts, while Cyberhawk would add commercial drone inspection services.

In around one year, Ondas has built a much broader AI and robotics company that operates across the air, the ground and near space. The next step is proving that it can bring all these businesses together and turn them into one giant successful company.
