Not to reveal my age.... but for me, dressing up on world book day was mostly about feeling cool! I think Will Gallows' red shirt and big hat definitely tick that box. A bow made out of some bamboo and a string would really finish it off - for bigger kids only, though!

😱 Readers, it's just four days until World Book Day, every Bookabees' favourite holiday! I hope anyone dressing up has their outfits planned already... but if not, I've just run around our library looking for the best ideas for last-minute dress up days...

Anne is such a whimsical character, and if your little one has a brown dress you just need to add a white apron and a sunhat to make them into a little Anne of your own! Maybe you could even thread some flowers in there somewhere

Nothing beats the ease of a striped top and a black mask made from some scrap cloth! Or if your little one has a blue blazer you can always take on the cops… but we all know the robbers are more fun!
