Hello all, this Sunday’s free problem and answer is the next tweet in this thread. It’s about the intensity of an affair and it’s fallout. If you could repost that would be great so more people can know where to find me now I’m no longer at The Guardian
@james_blue_cat Congrats on living for so long in Cornwall and not being used to driving. I'm welded to my car now to the point that I drove for 5 hours straight without a break last week and felt ok.
@NachoSuitable sorry I missed this. Usually I'm fairly predictable and drink Hendricks. Cornish gins are mostly disgusting, but I had an amazing Irish gin called Xin recently. https://t.co/13LXJwbSLO
Reminds me of when I played keys in a band and panicked seconds into a gig at Kentish Town Forum, convinced I'd forgotten how to play all our songs. I saw my hands doing something, and apparently it all sounded and looked fine from the audience, but I was pure fear for 30 mins.
From horror show to triumph! This is the moment when pianist Maria Joao Pires realises - as the orchestra starts to play - that she has learned the wrong piece for a concert. With no sheet music to fall back on, she has to keep calm and carry on. She is AMAZING. As is conductor Riccardo Chailly, who shows he’s surely the cheerleader we all want in our corner. Belief and bravery in action! Mozart’s Piano Concerto in D minor, my Stop the Clock piece @ClassicFM today…
@warwickmansell Watching this happen in real time with one of the smartest most motivated kids I know. I really hope it doesn't kill his enthusiasm for learning. So glad my own kids are grown up and don't have to deal with this awful trend.
@marthasadie@Ian_Willey@royalcaninuk I've always binned my Royal Canin bags, although I feel like I should be able to find a use for them given how sturdy they are.
@BBC6Music@BBCSounds DREAMER by Nabihah Iqbal - the perfect mix of euphoric and meditative. I've found something in it which speaks to every emotion I've experienced in this strange and difficult year. It deserves so much more recognition than it has received.
