• Line sits at +7.5 after opening closer to -5.5/-7, and I’m taking “the hook” early before tonight’s money influences the number towards 7. 
• San Francisco is 5-0 and a strong team but they’ve left things close in a couple of games this year. 
• I’m fully aware of how unpopular this selection may appear, but a theme is playing out. Dogs keeping it competitive, and 7.5 will be harder for the 49ers to cover than the public expects against a team that has the ability to grind and stay within a score.

🔥 2-0 on the day, in the NFL. Both dogs covered exactly the way the numbers and matchups pointed.

💰 Arizona +12.5 cashed as an outright winner, in a low-scoring, controlled game at SoFi. Mike LaFleur’s familiarity with the McVay offense showed up in how the Cardinals limited explosive plays and forced the Rams into a grind. The market had already moved off the opening -13.5, and the result validated the closer game.

💰 Jets +7.5 covered in a 26-19 loss. The NY defense kept Drake Maye and the Patriots from pulling away.

Process over narrative. The edges were there before kickoff.
