@bookishbutch_ I got 3 memoirs (I'm Glad My Mom Died by McCurdy, Life As a Unicorn by Al-Kadhi, How to Be Ace by Burgess) that discuss it, listed from most to least OCD content as I remember it. There are two more I know of: Obsessed by Britz, Mad Girl by Gordon.

@pileofslop I get that this is mainly about visual media but we've truly had an explosion of great & diverse asexual characters in books and moved beyond the same 3 cardboard cutouts we used to get. Now, if only that could lead to other creators making similar changes...

Night Theatre x Paralkar - excellent writing style with an emotional core that got to me
Eartheater x Reyes - poignant, dark & gritty, loved the social commentary
Bad Girls x Villada - heavy yet beautiful, gutted me in the best way
