@Mr_Severino This is very true even for women in their 30s, like me. The vast majority of tops from the “trendy” brands are cropped, and I am finding it increasingly difficult to just find normal length tops sometimes. I can only imagine how much worse this is for younger women.
@YukonStrong@CarymaRules What exactly is “far left propaganda” anyway? Equality for marginalized groups? Anti-racist? Pro gender equality? Pro science? Supporting LGBTQ+ groups? Supporting a women’s right to choose? Wow - how awful 🙄
@StopEdCuts 35/45 staff members at my school wear a mask. There were a few who actually put them back on recently who didn’t wear them the first two weeks after March break. Not sure what made them change their mind but I’m glad!
Horrible week. Short staffed every day. Multiple fail-to-fills. Everyone running around to cover classes. Me (Librarian) filling in for supervision. Not enough EAs to deal with behaviour emergencies. Everyone stressed to the max. Is not having to mask really worth it? #onted
@JillDaSilva9@CheriDiNovo Yep! I had Covid in February and I still have symptoms. I now have to use a puffer regularly, I have horrible brain fog to the point where I have trouble recalling names, and I’m fatigued 24/7. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.
@imgrund I had an unmasked staff member come to me today and ask “isn’t it nice to finally be maskless?”…I’m wearing a mask. Not sure if it was a dig at me?
@imgrund I have Covid right now and even vaxxed and boosted these symptoms are no joke. I’m really struggling. It terrifies me to think of exposing unvaccinated/unmasked children to this at school. We need to protect these kids.
@john_smithson3@Wojssource @erniesixx @fordnation@Sflecce Yep! I am an elementary school library clerk and I also do lunch supervisions because there is no one else to do it. I make maybe an extra $20 a day for 80 minutes. $20 a day to put my health at higher risk. It’s great 👍🏼
