@KallisTaswell@vumatel@Payfast@MWEBTweets Love, I’ve actually solved it. So Payfast has a technical problem with Visa cards, I reached out to payfast to try find out how I can solve this and they confirmed to me that Capitec works and I did the payment using a Capitec card.
@vumatel But the payfast payment link has Vumatel on it? Please be serious. This below is my problem, I’m trying to make a payment and I keep getting this error. I’ve tried to do this with my bank on the line with me and Paysfast isn’t even attempting to charge my card.
@MWEBTweets As I’ve said, I submitted the form on Thursday. I am waiting for your OTP department to call me to confirm my number as it looks like I can’t call them. That’s my last resort to make this payment.

@MWEBTweets@Payfast@vumatel something is happening with one of your services because I keep trying to make a payment for my WiFi services through a link from Mweb and it keeps saying 3D secure is unsuccessful. It’s not my cards, I’ve called my bank to troubleshoot.
Your agents don’t also know what’s happening, no one knows what’s happening because my bank says no attempt to even make a payment has been made. So that leaves me to ask @Payfast my dear! What’s happening? @MWEBTweets not having multiple ways to make payment is horrible btw
