All I want is to have enough disposable income to not have to fly the world’s worst airline, @FlyFrontier/@FrontierCare, anymore. Asked the gate agent (GENUINELY looking for information) why Frontier’s flights are so often delayed, and her answer was “don’t fly us, then.” 🥴

@FrontierCare have your Cleveland airport employees ever heard about the concept of “customer service”? Do they have such bad attitudes simply because they have to field complaints all day every day (since you can’t manage on-time flights) or bc you just train them that way?

@FrontierCare please explain to me why ALL of your flights out of Cleveland seem to get delayed. Please explain why your gate agents can get away with being so rude and having such nasty attitudes. Genuinely looking for answers here, because this is honestly disgusting.

Once again delayed and @FlyFrontier’s “customer service” is laughable. Why can’t they get their flights moving on time EVER? Why do they have the rudest gate agents with the nastiest attitudes? What is so hard about sticking to their own flight schedules that THEY CREATED!?

@FrontierCare why are you CONSTANTLY delaying flights “to allow for […] late-arriving aircraft”? It’s YOUR plane, so how about YOU stick to the schedule that YOU made!? If I was 2 hours late, I’d just be SOL, so how can you just constantly make me hours late with no recompense?
