@JonBbC_TechGeek Got a good one of these a couple nights ago. Bunch of guys out in the parking drinking beers after their late night hockey game. Looked as if they were watching a UFO.
This might be the best case to ban all ALPR Cameras after flock cameras just ruined an innocent Florida woman’s life.
Cops used one ALPR hit to pin a triple-fatal hit-and-run on 23-year-old Lindsey Isaacs. Seized her undamaged black Durango, claimed “damage,” then arrested her 6 months later after she sued to get it back.
She sat in jail 13 days facing life in prison.
They ignored the maroon paint transfer, the partial plate that didn’t match, the airbag that never deployed, and witnesses. Just took the first Durango Flock flagged.
7 months of hell. Charges finally dropped when they got the actual driver.
JUST IN: Social media users are calling for Halloween to become “De-Flock America” night, targeting Flock surveillance cameras while people are out in masks.
If you’re wondering why gun laws don’t stand up anymore this cartoon I shamelessly stole from someone long ago helps catch you up on some of the government’s buffoonery on behalf of liberals
The biggest change to silencer laws in 90+ years.
Starting tomorrow, August 13 at 12:01 AM, silencers and AOWs gotten through Silencer Shop can transfer with no Form 4, no federal registration, and no wait.
What you need to know:
Applies in the 27 states with no state-level NFA laws. 15 states still require a Form 4.
The silencer must come from Silencer Shop or a Powered By Silencer Shop dealer.
SBRs and SBSs are not included. The 1968 Gun Control Act still requires ATF approval, so a Form 4 is still required. The tax is gone, but the paperwork isn’t.
The government can still appeal, so we'll keep you posted if anything changes.
Thank you to our partners in this fight: @silencershopfnd@GunOwners@palmettoarmory@silencerco@btusallc@FRACAction@2AFDN and YOU. We sued the ATF. We won. And we’re not done fighting for you.
