Small logic, when you disconnect our connection if bill is due for one month, Why not same rule applies and I get refunded in one month?

Very unprofessional conduct from support team when i asked for refund. though correct faulty product returned, after 21 days you are denying refund with no reason. Not acceptable. i lost money and product.

@blrcitytraffic Sir, the service road parallel to Maratt Pimento / URU is private property? I see road blockage using bricks and used the entire road for parking URU customers. This will ease congestion/free left to JP nagar.
