I read a judgment last week about this chap and his co-accused who were found guilty of 3 counts of murder, 28 counts of attempted murder, 31 counts of endangering lives as a result of an explosion which contravened s1 of the Explosives Act, 1 count of unlawful possession of unauthorised explosives, destruction and damaging of property as a result of unlawful use of unauthorised explosives, and 1 count of escape from lawful custody.
