Kept my eyes up walking to my car after my shift- just in case. I answer every question as vaguely as possible. He asked where I lived. I Lied about my school location. It’s Not his business. Plz lie to keep yourself safe!!

Regular at my bar -I don’t know his name- is insistent that we go out to bars together. After his 7th time asking throughout the service I denied him very directly & professionally. The friend he’s with commended me that he isn’t denied often enough. Regular backed off.

Makes me think about the pressure other women and femme presenting people feel. Usually you don’t know if they’re safe enough to turn anyone down. Don’t stay uncomfortable! Protect yourself. I was in a place to say no & knew I could tell my coworkers or management if necessary
