My last pain dr would always try new things and try to get my pain down
He would check on my mental health bc he knew being in pain can increase your depression
I drove 4 hours one way to see him every month and he didn’t understand why but he was worth it

I’m glad Shannon bought out community bc maybe I’ll have better luck with finding a decent pain management dr - the one at Shannon told me I was too young to have this much pain and I needed to retrain my mind to learn to live with it. My original Dr became out of network :( so
