Billions of dollars moved last week on a rock you have never once thought about.
Here is the part that should scare you. Almost none of the story was true.
Tungsten, element 74, and how a rumor with no birth certificate repriced the AI supply chain.
I am going to tell you who won the war with Iran. You are not going to like it.
It was not the US. Not Israel. Not Iran. It was one man who was never in the room and never fired a shot. He sat half a world away and waited for the rest of us to get tired.
My relationship with coffee over the years:
College -
Gas station coffee. Only drank it to get through the morning and stay up for long nights of last minute studying.
Early career -
NYC truck coffee. Drank it to get through the morning.
Mid career -
Fancy NYC cafes. Red-eyes. Espressos. 1-2x a day.
Sometimes 3.
Drank it because I was addicted to being on edge as well as made for a good cheap first date.
Late career -
Homemade. Store bought “clean” beans. Coffee black only. Drank it as part of intermittent fasting strategy.
Objective was in part to increase productivity.
Today -
Homemade. Prioritize freshness. Cognizant of mold.
I add honey and drink it because it makes me alert but calm, without jitters, and is delicious.
2 recent adjustments that have improved my overall well-being:
• Add honey to black coffee
• Superset entire workout
I’m also not currently following conventional training practices.
For instance, I’ll do 2 warms up followed by a 3rd set to failure for any given exercise.
@Thermobolic@anabology Did of 4 years of black coffee. Just recently started adding honey and I believe it has positively affected my overall well-being.
