We always love when players come in the gym and start working on form shots around the rim before jacking up 3s.
I also recommend spending 2-3 minutes to work on your touch!
Add this to your warm up and see how your finishing improves!
The triple headed monster did it again last night in our tough win against rival North Branch, 85-83. @John_Troolin with 33, @EmersonDroubie with 28, and Elias Dee with 21.

My PERSONAL #1 Shooting Cue
Now, keep in mind, everyone’s shot is a little different. You can find breakdowns of Steph Curry shooting with his fingers fairly close together.
So this concept may not be the perfect solution for everyone. But for me, this “V fingers” concept is the most helpful cue for me to think about when I need to get my shot back on track.
It is important to find a comfortable balance within this, and we never want to force our fingers uncomfortably wide.
If you struggle with missing left and right, this could be a good adjustment for you to try!
💥New Warm Up Segment
Instead of focusing on one skill segment at a time, I try to incorporate multiple skills into each warm up segments.
1️⃣ Defender cuts off ball handler & then simulates PNR
2️⃣ Drive & Kick w/ Relocation
3️⃣ Drive & Kick 1 v 1
4️⃣ Build to 2 v 2
