I've been really frustrated with the Ranked Cups since last season. First, I earned the Barricade skin and its Surreal style, but after the April 1st update, all of the styles were removed. They promised to fix it and said it would be addressed in a future update, and here we are, three months later.

Once again, I'm asking for your help. I finished Top 10 in this season's Solo Ranked Cup and still haven't received the skin. I'm guessing it's because I played the Reload Ranked Cup afterward, and I honestly feel like I probably won't receive the Solo rewards at all.

At this point, either I'm incredibly unlucky, or nobody cares enough about the players to make these things right.
