I love sharing great resources for parents! Boot Camp is one of the best! It gets another shout out in the Jon Ekstrom episode. He and I are both fans of Boot Camp for New Dads!

Myth Buster: The latest research shows that a baby’s movements are best monitored without interventions like juice, candy, or drinking ice water. #ExpectantParents who notice a change in their baby’s movements should get checked right away.
Kick counting is a great way to bond with your baby in the third trimester of pregnancy! Invite your partner or baby’s older siblings to help you count each day using the FREE Count the Kicks app. Visit the app store to get started today! https://t.co/piUGlSI23y
Part 3 — Winter Advice from Moms for Moms:
❄️Don’t stay cooped up inside. Go for walks! It’s a good way to combat seasonal/postpartum depression.
❄️Take baby to library storytimes, walk in the mall, visit museums, or indoor playgrounds. It’s so important to combat cabin fever!
Part 2 — Winter Advice from Moms for Moms:
❄️Never let your gas tank go below a quarter tank.
❄️Keep blankets, extra coats/hats/gloves, and items for baby in your car.
❄️Send full winter gear to daycare and label their name. They will go play outside still if they’re old enough!
DID YOU KNOW? Every baby is different, and research indicates expectant parents should work to understand what’s normal *for their baby*. It’s easy to do using the FREE Count the Kicks app, which times how long it takes your baby to reach 10 movements. https://t.co/piUGlSI23y
Winter Advice from Moms for Moms:
❄️It is not safe to buckle your child into a car seat while they’re wearing a winter coat.
❄️Give your car plenty of extra time to warm up in the morning (if you don’t have a garage) so baby is warm and snug once in their car seat. #winteradvice
