To all the actresses at the back — PLEASE TAKE NOTES. This is how you become a Best Actress.
straight from the multi-awarded actress herself, MS. NADINE LUSTRE!!!
That’s how it’s DONE. 💁🏼♀️
i heard a lady on a podcast say...."I finally get it...I am the problem. I walk into people's life with energy, loyalty, love, and peace they never had...and truthfully, never deserved.
i disrupt their comfort zone of chaos. they're not used to real. they're addicted to dysfunction. that's why they start acting weird... because my presence requires growth, and they aren't ready for that.
cool I'll take a step back. keep your mess. i’ll keep my peace!!
You can’t repeatedly disappoint me and expect my energy to stay the same.
Every time you break my trust, a little part of me pulls away. I may forgive, I may say it’s fine, but deep inside, I change.
I become quieter, my patience grows shorter, and my love starts to fade slowly.
People think it’s easy to keep giving chances, but each chance costs something.
It takes a piece of hope, a piece of trust, and once those pieces are gone.
I cannot bring them back.
I have learned that energy is not endless, and feelings do not stay the same when they are not respected.
I can care deeply for someone and still choose to protect my peace.
I can love someone and still walk away if I feel empty from giving too much.
So if you want my energy, my love, then handle it with care. Because once I start to change, you will never have the same me again.

Cried so much this year, I really hope I’m much happier next year. It’s one of the things I’m praying for. A joy that stays. A joy that’s not easily shaken.
okay… here goes;
my friend once told me that the strongest people are usually the ones who never got the love they deserved at the age they needed it most.
they grew up learning to be their own comfort. they became the ones who check on others because nobody checked on them.
they mastered resilience not because they wanted to be strong, but because every time they reached out,
no one reached back.
they laugh the loudest, because silence reminds them of every room they cried in alone. they give the best advice, because they had to heal themselves without directions.
they are soft, painfully soft even though life taught them hardness first.
and the saddest part?
you meet them today and think:
“wow, you’re so independent.” but you’ll never see the little kid inside who prayed for at least one person to choose them… and stay.
there are people you know right now who carry their entire world alone, and you will never notice until it crashes.
oh well, that’s none of your business.
but maybe it should be.🫶🏽
