@British_Airways still haven’t received any contact from anyone. We travel in just over 4 weeks and things need changing. Still no answer on the phone and nothing from email or DM! How hard is it to speak to someone??
@British_Airways I have tried direct messaging and it doesn’t recognise what I’m asking. I’ve included my reference and full name and contact details. What more can I do??
@British_Airways been trying to get through to speak to someone to make an amendment to a booking for 3 days. No response. Quick to take your money, not quick to help after. Horrendous customer service
@BorisJohnson Why don’t we try helping first time home buyers. I went to get a mortgage with a significant deposit and was more or less laughed out of the bank! This has to change and for once things have to move forward for the majority!!
