i’ll say it a hundred times because some of you need to hear it a hundred times but the trick to liking yourself again is learning new skills and hobbies or returning to ones you had. it makes you so confident learning new shit all the time
No one wants to hear this but sometimes it’s your fault. Your life isn’t good and it’s your fault. You made bad decisions/ choices and sadly, these are the consequences of your actions.
Full grown adults that can’t swim, cycle, skate, backpack, take a gap year, vacation, play an instrument or speak multiple foreign languages. Just a lifetime of hustling and trying to leave survival mode. These are subtle poverty metrics that no one really talks about

It’s strange and beautiful to realise that you can be simultaneously proud of how far you have come and aware that you have barely scratched the surface of who you could become.
Best career advice that I can give: Don't ever attach yourself to a person, a place, a company, an organization or a project. Attach yourself to a mission, a calling, a purpose ONLY. That's how you keep your power & your peace. It's worked pretty well for me thus far.
