Let’s chat. This was the property we rented for a vacation. We didnt stay more than 1 hour because of the mold and exposed wires in kitchen. @vrbo says these are minor issues that don’t meet their criteria for misrepresentation. Being a consumer is exhausting

@vrbo I opened a case number with VRBO in January concerning a recent booking where services paid for were not received and VRBO has done nothing to resolve despite many calls to discuss the issue with them. Even sent VRBO proof of my claim to no avail!
