Some of you have turned your house into a mini pharmacy.
Every shelf is stocked with one blood tonic or the other.
Capsules, syrups, tablets, red everywhere.
But here’s the hard truth:
You don’t need to drown yourself in blood tonic to have blood.
— Milk and ugu is not a blood builder.
— Tomato paste and malt is not a blood builder.
— That mixture you saw on TikTok is not it.
If you want to build blood, do what actually works:
— Eat red meat.
— Do liver therapy.
— Prioritize nutrient-dense foods not factory syrups.
Let me also address this lie:
“Meat causes cholesterol.”
If you like, continue listening to WhatsApp health warriors and food-fear preachers.
You will learn the hard way through weakness, fatigue, and avoidable hospital visits.
Your blood is built in the kitchen, not the pharmacy.
— Iron comes from red meat, not malt
— B12 comes from liver, not Lipton
— Energy comes from eating real food, not sipping sugar syrup
Stop playing pharmacist.
Start eating like someone who wants to live.
GUT HEALTH IS THE FOUNDATION OF OVERALL HEALTH.
Most people don’t pay attention to their gut until it’s too late.
We think sickness starts when we collapse…
Or when the doctor gives us a scary diagnosis.
But the truth?
Many sicknesses begin quietly in the gut.
Your gut is not just a passageway for food.
It is the control room of your entire health.
70% of your immune system lives there.
Your mood, your hormones, even your brain depend on it.
When the gut is weak, the whole body suffers.
But here’s the problem:
We don’t recognize the warning signs.
We call them “small small issues.”
Meanwhile, they are your gut screaming for help.
That constant bloating after meals you dismiss as “too much food”?
It’s poor digestion.
The frequent constipation or diarrhea you laugh about?
It’s a broken gut rhythm.
The unexplained fatigue even after a full night’s sleep?
That’s your gut failing to absorb nutrients.
Skin problems like acne or rashes.
Sugar cravings that feel uncontrollable.
Constant colds that weaken you.
Even brain fog and mood swings.
All signals from your gut.
Now pause and think:
How many of these have you ignored?
Here in Nigeria, we normalize bad habits.
— Bread and tea every morning.
— Rice and soda every afternoon.
— Noodles every night.
Day after day, no vegetables.
No fiber.
No fermented foods.
Just sugar, oil, flour, and soda.
And then we wonder why we are always tired.
Always bloated.
Always sick.
It’s not always your village people.
Sometimes it’s the noodles, soda, and food fried in seed oils you keep sending into your stomach.
Every bite you eat is either feeding your good bacteria.
Or strengthening the bad ones.
The good ones fight for you.
The bad ones destroy you.
The choice is yours.
Because if your gut is destroyed, no amount of supplements, prayers, or injections will save you in the long run.
Your health is only as strong as your gut.
Fix your gut.
Or spend the rest of your life fixing sickness.

Before becoming President, DR Congo 🇨🇩 President Felix Tshisekedi lived in Belgium, where he worked as a pizza delivery guy and later danced for guests in nightclubs at night, as seen in this video.
How to overcome adversity (According to Marcus Aurelius)
1. Use it to do good for others
2. Be ruthlessly objective
3. View everything as an opportunity
4. Cultivate an inner citadel
5. Take it action by action
6. Prepare for the worst
7. Focus exclusively on what is in your power
Nobody warns you about this part.
When you drop lust, drinking, partying, and gossip,
the circle shrinks fast.
The noise dies.
And you realize half those “friends” were just shared bad habits.
You didn’t lose people.
You lost distractions.
Nice People Don’t Win. They Get Eaten.
You’re not a good person.
You’re just scared.
Scared they’ll leave.
Scared they’ll think you’re mean.
Scared you’ll look selfish.
So you shrink. You smile. You serve.
And then you break.
Let me be clear:
Kindness without boundaries is self-harm.
You say “yes” to everyone because you’re too afraid to say “yes” to yourself.
You want to be the “bigger person”?
Okay. But even Jesus flipped tables when nonsense passed the limit.
Stop hiding under “I’m just being nice.”
You’re not nice.
You’re convenient.
And guess what the world does with convenient people?
It drains them. Ditches them. Then replaces them with someone louder.
Try this instead:
— Say NO without blinking.
— Walk away without guilt.
— Be the villain in their story if it means being the hero in yours.
You don’t owe anyone peace at your own expense.
Let them talk. Let them hate. Let them wonder.
You’re not here to be liked.
You’re here to be free.
💥 Nice people finish last because they never start the damn race.

Don't eat chicken. Very weak, nervous and skittish animal. You are what you eat. You don't want that vibe.
Cows, on the other hand, are very strong, relaxed, content, sovereign, affectionate, nonchalant, dapper and silly. This is the energy you need.
2 plates of lounge pepper soup plus drinks in Ikeja, once a week, costs roughly ₦15,000 monthly.
That's ₦180,000 a year leaving your pocket for zero long-term value.
Redirect that same ₦15,000 monthly into a money market fund compounding at around 17%:
Year 1: ~₦197,000
Year 3: ~₦708,000
Year 5: ~₦1.42 million
You don't need a ₦2 million monthly salary to start building net worth in Nigeria. You just need to stop letting a small weekly habit drain your surplus every single week.
What's one small daily or weekly expense you've successfully cut down recently?
