@AmericanAir needs to do better. First class flight attendant treated my family like garbage on April 7th while flying home from a trip celebrating my dad’s chemotherapy completion, but no refunds can be given for my flight upgrades? Change your policies.
@jillmcgg@AmericanAir Yes they do! Absolutely horrific the way your Dad especially was treated. As a seasoned hotelier their non empathetic approach to service sucks. And as we know the way they treated my brother when he was injured on their aircraft was equally abhorrent.

Diana, Nika, Glyb & Alexei were celebrating graduation when a missile struck their hotel near Odesa. The @WCKitchen team went to visit them in the hospital. I share these photos, as it’s important to see what people are going through in Ukraine. Still, they remain so strong. ❤️🩹🇺🇦
Our meal voucher program for Ukrainian refugees is up & running in Lviv! Families living nearby to WCK partner cafes can come get free meals every day—and choose what they want to eat! We will be expanding this program to more locations in Lviv & other cities. #ChefsForUkraine 🇺🇦
Families in recently liberated Chernihiv are still afraid—many have continued living below ground & most are too nervous to answer the door. Working with neighbors & trusted loved ones, WCK brought meals served with friendly smiles to each door or window in need. #ChefsForUkraine
