The Hon'ble Justice is on ๐ฅ against the ๐ก๐ฒ๐ฉ๐จ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฒ of the APC regarding the ๐ ๐๐ค๐ ๐ฉ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ already getting ๐ซ๐๐ ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐๐ long back.
The court also questioned whether EXIT can be conducted by the SSUHS or Not!!

Noted Advocate, anchor Dipak Sarma assured the delegates about legal success soon.
Big blow to the ๐๐๐๐๐, don't know who came up with the ๐ข๐๐๐ of ๐๐๐๐ exam notification!
Hon'ble Justice didn't see any ๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ of the SSUHS conducting EXIT exam & questioned ๐ฐ๐ก๐จ gave them the ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ to do so!
He said it's the ๐๐๐ & only ๐๐๐ to conduct the ๐๐๐๐ exam, ๐๐๐ SSUHS or even the Govt of Assam!
He even went on to further question that are the SSUHS affiliated students all ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐?
Why not hold EXIT for all the Pharmacy passed outs in ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ ๐ฒ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ if standard benchmark to be ensured for public safety!!

Sad to see the students in Apron hitting the streets for mere registration with the council after passing out of the pharmacy course!!
As many as 7k students are allegedly suffering. On how soon are the students getting their due registration?
#Justice4PharmacyStudentsOfAssam
Would like to appeal the @President_PCI@DrMontuPatel to intervene in the interest of thousands of passed out pharmacy students.
Kindly ask the Assam Pharmacy Council to expedite the process of Registration, exempting the EXIT exam for them.

โก: Pharmacy students in Assam organized a three-day protest in Chachal from March 21 to 23 in response to a notification issued by Srimanta Shankardeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS) regarding the administration EXIT exam.
๐ The students are accusing the Assam Pharmacy Council (APC) and SSUHS of not issuing them their registration certificates even after fulfilling all the requirements and not adhering to the guidelines laid down by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
๐ The protest was eventually called off after the Deputy Director of Pharmacy paid a visit to the protesting site and assured the students that three representatives from within the protestors would be called on to have a meeting with the Secretary, of Health, Government of Assam.
๐ According to the student protestors, there are approximately 7000 students of Pharmacy across the state who have completed their course before the notification was issued and still have not received their registration certificates.
๐ A student protestor stated, โIn December last year, the PCI issued a notification informing all the state pharmacy councils only to conduct an exit examination for the students who have enrolled in D Pharm course in different institutions for the academic session 2022-24. Also, a gazette notification notified by the state govt in November last year laid down the rule of passing an exit examination only for those who have obtained their diplomas from institutions not affiliated to SSUHS.โ (Reports)
๐ According to the students, in February of this year, SSUHS released a notification mandating an exit examination for all D Pharm and B Pharm holders who completed their degrees before December 31 of the previous year. This requirement aims to obtain registration certificates under APC, but it contradicts and violates earlier directives from both PCI and the state government.
๐ The protest does not only concern the issue of registration certificates but also seeks to ensure fairness in the administration of examinations, as few of the students have gotten their certificates while a vast majority were left behind.

Why not @keshab_mahanta & @ranojpeguassam sit jointly with all the stakeholders to chalk out a solution to the registration issue?
If both ministers come together for a joint discussion with the top officials, there will certainly be a way out.
#Justice4PharmacyStudentsOfAssam
The Pharmacy Council must introspect about its lackluster attitude, apathy that led to the suffering of the Pharmacy students.
Had the council done their job sincerely in due time, this chaos wouldโt arise, nor would EXIT be required for them.
#Justice4PharmacyStudentsOfAssam
HCM @himantabiswa Sir, Kindly look into the issue of the ๐๐๐ง๐ฎ๐ข๐ง๐ passed out pharmacy students urgently.
After passing D.Pharm, B.Pharm from a PCI approved college, they're automatically ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฅ๐๐ for registration with the Council. #Justice4PharmacyStudentsOfAssam
HCM @himantabiswa has been the HM for so long, hope he'll guide HM @keshab_mahanta to find a way for the Registration of pharmacists.
Role of the APC & the SSUHS notification on the EXIT exam has aggrieved thousands of passed out students.

๐ Exit Exam only as per the PCI guideline, NOT as per the arbitrary decision of the SSUHS.
๐ The APC must ensure registration of the GENUINE passed out students immediately & compensate for the delays of more than 1 year.
๐ Timely grant of permission for the hospital Internship of the recently passed out students.
๐ APC must identify & cancel the registration of the Fake pharmacists.

These are the sad pics of the institutionally qualified pharmacists spending the night at the protest site only.๐ข
Basically the middle class family kids only pursue short term courses like D.Pharm to stand on their own feet & support family.๐ค

Is it in the @mygovassam's
knowledge that thousands of institutionally qualified pharmacy students are being deprived of registration under the Pharmacy Council?
Why are the students being made to pay the price of the irregularities in the APC?
#Justice4PharmacyStudentsOfAssam
The pharmacy students of Assam are staging a 3 day protest for their demand regarding the registration with the APC.
The SSUHS affiliated students doesn't have to appear for the EXIT exam & the students of non-SSUHS have to. Not Discriminatory?
