@G_HMedia @Scotlandteam @Womens6Nations @scotwomenrugby @RugbySco Red cards seem to be spiralling into a pit of confusion (see also the Wales perm/20 min red). Gallagher was not shown a red by the ref but by the Bunker after review.

Appreciate this may be a technicality and the Ref is the ‘Law’ on the pitch but the game isn’t helping itself.

@DougProp @thepaulwilliams I saw it ‘live’ and immediately thought it was a pen. However, I can see the argument that the Wales player was on her knees and therefore, by the letter of the law, out of the game.

It’s a conundrum when we’re trying to get players to tackle lower…

@DougProp Considering the amount of ‘actual’ stoppages in the US national sport, this is baffling.

Come the 2027 RWC in the US, either we all play to these of the US will get hammered because they have noone capable of competing at the number of scrums that European and SH teams do.

Here’s a haggis game changer for you all. Recipes say steam haggis. But…

If you get Haggis in a real ‘bag’ (not plastic) roast it in the oven. Don’t steam it or wrap in foil as recipes say.

Sit in a roasting pan, pierce it a few times and roast at 180.

The ‘bag’ is delicious.

However, I heard an interview with the CEO of Edinburgh recently where he said that the women’s game was a big growth market and most of the women coming to games were under 30 years.

They need to work harder to accommodate them.

@Naxis911 The tackle-becoming-a-maul looks like a tactic they’ve worked on. Give up a few metres but gain possession. Pretty sure they’ll have checked with the ref before hand so that they know what his interpretation of the laws is.
