NEW: Sen. Jon Husted (R-OH) & Sen. Bernie Moreno (R-OH) will introduce the "Red Light Act" in the Senate today, a bill that would withhold federal DOT funds to any states that give illegal aliens driver's licenses and redistribute those funds to states that do not grant licenses to illegal aliens.

Per Sen. Husted's office, the bill would apply to funding from the National Highway Performance Program, Highway Safety Improvement Program and Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program.

“They attacked three of us while we were sitting on the porch. I got punched and kicked in the head repeatedly.”

On Saturday, a student at York College in Pennsylvania was making tacos with her friends when a crowd of hundreds who amassed for a ‘street takeover’ became aggressive and trespassed at the home she was visiting.

She called 911 to report the incident but York Police took over an hour to arrive. Others called 911 four other times.

By then, it was too late.

The student tells @borderhawknews she was sitting on the porch with two friends when dozens of people who were not students stormed the residence while yelling and screaming.

“We weren’t even talking to them. We just asked them to leave,” she told us.

Three students were attacked by the hostile mob and beaten mercilessly.

“I don’t remember much. I was trying to keep my shirt on while getting punched and kicked over and over,” she said.

Her friends were also dragged by their hair across the porch and beaten.

“I was so scared because I didn’t even know what or why it was happening. They just dragged me off the porch and down the sidewalk,” she said.

The victim said she was punched and kicked by both men and women over and over.

“I have finger marks all over my thighs where they were grabbing me,” she said.

Students identified one of the assailants to York police, but at the time of the vicious assault, no arrests were made.

Campus Safety also did not intervene.

“They can issue citations but not help students who are being attacked?” she asked.

Several people say York College President Dr. Thomas D. Burns issued a video condemning the attack but no formal communication has been sent out to the student body.

This is not the first incident of its kind. Another student was attacked earlier this year and other students have transferred due to being targeted by “locals.”

Illegal Alien Arrested For Mass Shooting In Texas That Left Four Dead

Christian Joel Maldonado Pacheco, 25, was arrested for FOUR counts of capital murder and three counts of abandoning and endangering a child.

Authorities say that the killings occurred near San Benito, Texas and Pacheco was arrested at the scene on Sunday morning.

Per @MyRGVNews reporting all four victims were Mexican nationals, and were all found with multiple gunshot wounds. A 9-mm Glock believed to be the weapon used in the murders was recovered outside of the residence.

A @DHSgov spokesperson tells me they are asking Texas to honor the detainer.

“On September 14, ICE lodged a detainer for Christian Joel Maldonado Pacheco, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras, who is currently in custody at Cameron County Jail.

Under President Trump and Secretary Mullin, if you break the law, you will face the consequences. Criminal illegal aliens are not welcome in the U.S.”

It is not yet known what relationship Pacheco had to the victims other than having lived with them for four years.

ALERT: Tiny Baltic Nations Being Invaded by Muslim Migrants

Eastern Europe is now seeing an unprecedented influx of ‘migrants’ from Africa and Asia.

X anon Baltic Way has been sounding the alarm about the invasion of his home country of Lithuania and neighboring Latvia, where governments are welcoming unassimilable foreigners in shocking numbers.

“For the past five years, we have been experiencing waves of immigration, increasingly from the most violent, distant countries. It’s changing here,” Baltic Way told Border Hawk in a new interview.

In the early 2020s, tens of thousands of migrants began arriving at Lithuania’s vulnerable border with Belarus after President Alexander Lukashenko launched a hybrid warfare campaign against the European Union.

Planeloads of Third World migrants flew into Minsk before being funneled to the European frontier by Belarusian authorities.

While many of those foreigners were either turned back or penetrated deeper into the E.U., some never left Lithuania, establishing a beachhead for ever-increasing inflows of their compatriots in a nation of just 2.8 million people.

Immigration is now outpacing Lithuanian births by approximately 300%, with many foreign families taking advantage of relatively generous welfare programs afforded to families.

Baltic Way says Lithuanians from across the political spectrum oppose the inundation of migrants, which is tearing apart the social fabric and radically altering the texture of life in the tiny country, where native Lithuanians comprised nearly 90% of the population ten years ago.

“Everyone is disliking it because you can feel it everywhere. You can see more mess in the streets, a lot of loud speaking in the buses and lots of shouting, the different types of behavior those people bring. Everyone is uncomfortable in our own cities,” he explained.

Immigration didn’t become an active social media a topic until Biden opened the flood gates. I was raised by (now retired) Border Patrol Agents. My entire life has been immigration. I’ve lived on border towns, I’ve fought tortas at school flagpoles, I’ve seen my dad gear up for raids, I’ve known what a tonk is for at least 20 years.

It has always been bad and getting worse. I have been yelling since before it was noticed; it’s probably 85% of my posts since I started this account.

DHS is combining border turnbacks into its ICE arrest totals.

If someone tries to cross the southern border and is turned away, that encounter is being counted as an arrest.

Multiple DHS sources describe this Obama-era practice to me and other reporters.

That’s a big reason why DHS refuses to give @ItsYourGov the raw numbers—and why the group is suing to get them.

Treat the “record” arrest figures with skepticism.
