Reporter: The elephant in the room tonight, or lack thereof—
El-Sayed: No, the elephant was not in the room. The elephant decided that they did not want to be in the room. The elephant cowarded out. Although the elephants were all in the room in Dallas.
It’s wild to me that this guy is more interested in going to speak for, what, six minutes and 48 seconds in Dallas than he is to have 60 minutes with Michiganders here in Detroit.
But it tells you who he is. He’s a coward.
So if I were him, I wouldn’t debate me either.
Reporter: So did you buy his excuse for not wanting to be here?
El-Sayed: What was his excuse? He’s in Florida?
@SportPsychTips Any thoughts on a coach’s inclination to pull pitchers after a couple walks or couple of hits versus having them work out of jams? I’m not saying to do this in a championship game but seems like something for the random double header/pool play.
@JamesBarnesMD@mikesimonsen Aren’t most of us active investors at this point? We may be purchasing passive/index funds, but we are actively making purchases in those funds through 401k’s every two weeks. We could change allocations at any point, so actively making a decision to purchase more.
@jasoncoxnc@ccmembersonly This can be true to a certain price point, but many municipalities now require large payments, upfront, for W/S, schools, transportation, libraries, parks, etc.. Most capacity projects, be it roads or W/S, are also funded by the developer.
Break even is typically high 300’s.
@FinCENnews
Is the BOIR system down?
Keep getting error code SF104 despite having no required attachments and all parties having FinCEN IDs. Tried multiple browsers.
@spencertbarber@RickPalaciosJr I keep asking the same question. Has it been addressed on any earnings calls? Hard to believe margins have held up this well if buydowns are 10-12% of closing sale price.
