DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR

Holiday Inn, Bond Street, Bristol, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

A family with 2 autistic children who each have special dietary requirements asked the staff at the Holiday Inn if they could heat up some food for their children, which the Holiday Inn staff member took off them and then returned the food containers empty after throwing the food away and telling them they are not allowed to bring their own food into the Holiday Inn.

The family have been placed in the Holiday Inn under extreme circumstance after being forced to evacuate their home at Barton House, Barton Hill, Bristol.

2. Remove the 3 tiers of 'protection' status (needlessly introduced by the Building Safety Act) blighting the UK flat market and causing conveyancers to reject this work due to lack of insurance cover.
3. Ensure the construction industry is the backstop for remediation costs, as many of the landlords are thinly capitalised so making them the backstop could result in many qualifying leaseholders being left in legal limbo due to freeholder insolvency.
4. Ensure that the rotten culture in construction ends with permanent joint and several liability on the developer or lead contractor or their parent companies.
