I decided to do everything on my laptop during separated time frame. Betting, social media, Linkedin etc. Currently I only have Whatsapp on my mobile.

For a long time, I was feeling bad for the time I spent on mobile phone. I was thinking seriously about to reduce screen time. Last night, I deleted all social media and betting apps. I hope I can reduce my screen time and focus on more important tasks.
