Our new paper is out in @ScienceMagazine! By exploring the rich genetic diversity of Brazil, we show how fine-scale genomic analyses reveal that this diversity, rooted in Indigenous ancestry and centuries of complex demographic history, plays a key role in population health.
Thrilled to share our work mapping dependencies in molecularly distinct, lineage-based BTC subtypes.
Extremely thankful to @targetcancer for believing in this work from the very beginning and to @curecc for multiple research fellowships that helped make this possible.
🚨 New from our lab!
Huge congrats to my amazing colleague and friend @Vindhya_Vijay —so proud of this work!
