Interesting roles of fumarate. It will be worth reading the articles. I wonder about how much fumarate
needs to accumulate to lead to inflammation. Knocking out a major TCA cycle enzyme would be expected to have some pretty drastic effects. https://t.co/CMhVxAqKXa
