@LaurelAynne Since everything is moving to digital it’s very important that you send the right message the right way. The voice of the tool you are using is a big influence to the target market. I like Alexa’s use of the most recent commercial and used celebrities as the voice of Alexa

@ProfSMktg I believe that it’s the company’s job to be trust worthy if they are collecting personal information. They have to make the consumer aware of all the information they are collecting and if they use this information not in the way they said they would that trust will be lost.
