Very few people want to sit still and spot the whole game, even if it is a winning tactic

@takerwastaken @SteamySnuggler Pretty good takes save the recon nerf… the point of the recon class is to spot. To recoup cost of a mosin and a 6x w a full stack of ammo and NO GEAR you need 5-6 kills in the CZ. Without incentivizing spotting heavily enough, nobody will do it and the class becomes pointless.
