I failed every coding course I tried for 5 years.
HTML, React, Python, JS, SQL, Linux. Udemy, bootcamps, tutorials. I dropped almost all of them halfway. And every time I told myself the same thing: "coding is just not for me. I am not smart enough for this."
I am not a developer. For years I was stuck in tutorial hell — finish a course, forget everything, start the next one. Nothing real ever came out of it.
Then in March 2026 I switched from ChatGPT to Claude and tried Claude Code.
5 days later I had a working AI assistant inside my Telegram. I and honestly could not believe how easy it was. ust an idea.
5 days later I had a working AI assistant inside my Telegram. I honestly could not believe how easy and fun it was. 🤯
So I took that and turned it into a product. In 4 weeks, solo, with no team, I built VELA — a SaaS that lets anyone get their own AI assistant in Telegram, with no code. In 5 minutes ready.
Nothing about me got smarter. The tool changed. That is the whole story.
I am a solo founder from Almaty, Kazakhstan. Most of what I post here is the work — what I build, what breaks, real numbers and the moments I want to quit. Some of it is just the life around it: coffee ☕, travel, ideas and where I think all of this is going.
Follow if you want to build your own thing without a tech background. I am the proof that you don't need one anymore.
Are you in?
Gonna try smth. here. Already have an idea. 🤠
Btw, want to try Higgsfield for a long time, and AI creation in general.
Thats a good chance.

Has anyone actually tested GLM 5.2 & Claude Opus 4.8 side by side in a real coding and building?
Are there significant differences, given the large price difference? 💁♂️
Share your's experience pls, think about switching on chinese models soon.
#vibecoding#indiehackers
Please, X, I want to read stories about failures and problems in solo building, not constant posts about how successful I am!
These posts don't teach anything. 😥
Do you have a story on how your SaaS failed and what u've learned on the way?

Sometimes, when you’re really lazy (and that happens often), you can send an email from your Gmail account without opening the app (tab) itself, and without having to copy anything or click anything there.
All from Telegram. With a single command. Done in seconds.
This is VELA. A personal AI assistant powered by Claude.
The Basic plan is free forever. Link in the first comment. 👇

When you tried to create 6 simple HTML/CSS pages with SVG graphics, all in the same style, following the design guidelines, and without any improvisation.
Claude subscription: $100 MAX (5x)
It’s not the quality of the prompts. It’s the quality of the models.
Rock bottom. 🗑️

Opus 4.8 and even Fable 5 are terrible at creating SVG mockups. Regression, inconsistency, poor visual definition of places to fix. Spent 4-5 hours on simple task, completely burnt out.
it's not an AI. It's LLM. And pretty poor quality one.

@TezaApps Yes. Indeed. I will not start any building BEFORE validating the idea, market research and seo plan. I'll build anything social what I like non-profit OR must be 100% sure the idea is worth building. Nothing in between.
3 months building and marketing my first ever SaaS, VELA.
MRR today: $0.
Where I went wrong (honest analysis):
❌Built it with zero real market research: no pain points, no competitor analysis.
❌I loved the idea. The market never validated it.
❌Marketing was an afterthought, when it existed at all.
❌Made a "vitamin" for B2C (the worst combo) instead of a "painkiller" for B2B.
No regrets, though. My first project from scratch: vibe-coding, Claude Code, real architecture, hard problems. I learned tons from this.
Fail, learn, keep going. Smarter next time.

Why is my X feed filled with nothing but stories about massive success and MRR in the tens of thousands of dollars?
And not a single failure. But we know that:
⚠️ 82% of micro-SaaS never reach $5K/month.
⚠️ 93% never reach $10K/month.
Are they all that successful? Where are the failures? 😁
