@JagexSupport I can't even get to the screen to provide information. I put in the username cuz its a pre 2010 account and it tells me to enter a valid username/email address. but I'm putting in the right username cuz I looked myself up on the highscores and the account comes up

@JagexSupport I recently decided to get back into RuneScape and I remember my password. I created the account well before 2010 and when I try to reset my password it keeps telling me that I need to put in an email address which I never logged in with ! please help!
