“They are stealing the children… they are taking the children who are found alone.”

A desperate mother says her daughter was rescued after the earthquake, but when she went to claim her, she was allegedly told the child’s last name had been changed. The little girl has since disappeared.

She claims that many children found alone are being taken, with their identities altered.

In 2014, The Navy stated HAARP was used ‘to control the ionosphere.’ ➡️ Senator Lisa Murkowski (Alaska), asked Dr. David Walker (then Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Science, Technology, and Engineering) about the future of the HAARP facility in Gakona, Alaska.

His Answer: Dr. Walker: “Thank you, Senator. The Air Force has gotten great value out of HAARP in the past. We took it over from the Navy and managed it and actually did a number of experiment campaigns up there and have finished our work that we are interested in doing up there. We are moving on to other ways of managing the ionosphere, which the HAARP was really designed to do, was to inject energy into the ionosphere to be able to actually control it. But that work has been completed. The Air Force has maintained the site for other Government agencies to use for several years now, and with DARPA completing their project, that is our last Government customer that we have in the site.”

Context: The panel included other DOD S&T leaders (e.g., Dr. Arati Prabhakar of DARPA and Mr. Alan Shaffer). They discussed the Air Force managing HAARP after taking it over from the Navy, its research value, DARPA’s use of it, and plans to potentially dismantle or transfer the site due to completed work and budget priorities. HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) was a facility for ionospheric research using high-power radio waves.

-To amend and reenact R.S. 30:2057(A)(3)(a), relative to the intentional release of substances into the atmosphere to affect climate, temperature, weather, or sunlight; to provide for prohibitions; and to provide for related matters.
-Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana: Section 1. R.S. 30:2057(A)(3)(a) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: §2057. Prohibitions; exceptions
-No person shall: (3)(a) Intentionally inject, release, apply, or disperse, by any means, including by the burning of fuel in an aircraft engine, a chemical, chemical compound, substance, or apparatus into the atmosphere within the borders of this state for the express purpose of affecting the temperature, weather, climate, or intensity of sunlight.
-The provisions of this Paragraph shall not apply to the injection, release, or dispersal under one thousand feet above ground level of fire retardant or fire suppressant substances for purposes of extinguishing or suppressing fire, or to the aerial application under one thousand feet above ground level of seeds, fertilizers, or pesticides for agriculture or forestry purposes.
