History: Underwent cholecystectomy in Feb 2026. Recent PET-CT & contrast CT reveal an intensely FDG-avid mass lesion in the gallbladder fossa infiltrating the adjacent liver bed, rectus abdominis muscle, and the main biliary confluence (Type II hilar stricture). 2/5
