In grad school @BYU a male student approached me during finals and:

Him- “you didn’t shave this morning.”
Me- “nope”
Him- “you know it really bothers me when people don’t live by the honor code…”

It got worse as he continued.
I wish @EliMcCann would have been there to hear.

Today, when our gospel doctrine teacher of Latin descent asked the class why Christ’s disciples didn’t recognize Him after He was resurrected, a class member said “Maybe because he was now white?”

We cannot claim that the church isn’t still full of institution racism.
