Now after paying also they have arrogant behaviour and not working properly what they should have done in the first place.

@urbancompany_UC Urban Company service has deteriorated so much that it can't provide any service on scheduled time. My last 3 bookings have been cancelled at the last moment and they rescheduled without asking me.
Now they don't have any customer care only AI.

I have renewed British council digital library membership online. Money deducted from my card successfully with reference 263176. But renewal status is saying - 'We are sorry, your renewing membership could not be completed. '

I bought a fan from Flipkart 9th Oct and after installation on the 10th Oct, it is not working. I tried to raise Service Request for that through WhatsApp it is not working. I tried calling the support desk on the 10th only but nothing happened.

Now today the call center is saying it will take another 72 hours.
It seems you don't have proper support technicians available.
