@HenshawKate@Tamunotonye__ My friends have owed me till it turned to a bad debt, I didn't make them my enemies. My consolation is that someone I care about has eaten my money, no big deal. I think it's your reaction to bad debt that makes enemies, not the debt.
@Dareakinbule @HenshawKate Dear, there was a question they asked the almighty Jesus and all he did was bend down and scribble some stuffs on the ground!
@NNwaebiem How it works:
Both parties have to sign up on our platform.
Share your boromee id with borrower.
The borrower sends you a loan request.
View the loan terms and if okay with it, accept it.
Deposit the requested amount and the money will be automatically sent to the borrower.
@HenshawKate@Marshal007_ Made such mistake with a friend 10yrs ago, he made me an enemy. One would think I'd learn, no. I repeated same mistake few months ago with same person, exactly a decade to the first time.
@HenshawKate It's sad. A lot of them will turn it to fight when you ask, like you don't have the right to while some will wait for you to ask. If you don't ask, they won't pay. When you ask, they will still tell you they don't have it and the whole asking cycle starts again! People are crazy
@HenshawKate I simply just don't ask them if they behave funny or pay part of it. It helps keep them at bay from asking next time. Peace reigns until they ask again and I just ignore like I never heard.
@HenshawKate I heard a saying. If I respect our relationship as a friend or family member, I won't lend or loan you money, I'd rather give at my pace. Reason being that I don't have the strength to shout. But if I lend or loan you, brooo better get ready when things get hot.
@HenshawKate@chigohumy There is an igbo saying that goes thus, oburo olu e ji ebi ego ka e ji akwuhachi ya! Now, you need an igbo friend to translate this for you! Is it true that there is no friend as nice as one who comes to borrow money from you, they said he can even greet your dog, Good morning!
@HenshawKate That's true, I borrowed a friend money who wanted to traveled abroad, she promised to send the money back, one year passed nothing.. she came back from abroad did a little party, still ask for my money and she didn't respond. I just told to her pay 50% nd she did after som months
@HenshawKate This is true to some extent. Some friends are actually loyal and true to their words, they will always pay in due time. Test them with little first, if they fault, next time, just give them what you can afford and tell them not to bother paying back. That's what works for me sha.
