@united Got it. Please add this to your faq’s. I had misinterpreted the following to imply that they’re processed together based on the highest status traveler — “If the request includes multiple travelers, then priority is based on the highest Premier status on the reservation.”
Hey @united when a mileage upgrade is requested for two travelers on the same ticket confirmation #, do you process the upgrade together or individually (individually, meaning that one could get upgraded while the other does not)?
